    • 1 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
    • 1 tsp. fresh thyme, chopped
    • 1 tsp. onion powder
    • 1 tsp. garlic powder
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    • 1/4 tsp. white pepper, ground
    • 1/4 tsp. fennel seed, crushed
    • 4 boneless pork chops, about 1/4 lb. each
    • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. olive oil

    Recipe



    Combine all seasonings in a bowl. Coat chops with mixture. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Sauté chops until browned on both sides. Remove excess oil from pan. Cover skillet, lower heat and cook 7-8 minutes.
    Per serving: calories 163, fat 8.8g, 50% calories from fat, cholesterol 52mg, protein 18.5g, carbohydrates 1.4g, fiber 0.3g, sugar 0.3g, sodium 201mg, diet points 4.4.
