� 1 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
� 1 tsp. fresh thyme, chopped
� 1 tsp. onion powder
� 1 tsp. garlic powder
� 1/4 tsp. salt
� 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
� 1/4 tsp. white pepper, ground
� 1/4 tsp. fennel seed, crushed
� 4 boneless pork chops, about 1/4 lb. each
� 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. olive oil
Recipe
Combine all seasonings in a bowl. Coat chops with mixture. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Saut� chops until browned on both sides. Remove excess oil from pan. Cover skillet, lower heat and cook 7-8 minutes.
