    1 lb. round steak cut into thin strips
    ½ C sour cream
    ½ C onion
    ½ teaspoon paprika
    2 Tablespoons butter
    1/3 C water
    1 can Cream of Mushroom
    1 bag egg noodles

    Recipe



    Brown meat and onion in butter until tender.
    Stir in cream of mushroom, sour cream, paprika, and water.
    Cover and cook 45 minutes on low heat. Serve over cooked noodles.
