List of Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Olive oil
1� Cup Onion, minced
1 Teaspoon Garlic, minced
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
To Taste Red Pepper Flakes
1 can 28 oz. Whole Peeled Tomatoes
1 Tablespoon Basil, chopped
1 lb Cooked Pasta
8 oz Boneless Chicken Breast, sliced
Recipe
Place Whole Peeled Tomatoes in a large bowl. With clean hands, grasp and crush tomatoes. Set aside.
In a large saut� pan over medium heat, add olive oil.
Add chicken, brown.
Next, add onion. Saut� until translucent, then add garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Add Tomatoes and juice. Heat to 165�.
Add basil and cooked pasta just before serving, mix and serve.
