    2 C chopped cooked chicken
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 jar (2 ounces) chopped pimientos
    1 can (10¾ ounces) cream of chicken soup
    1/3 C mayonnaise
    ¾ C (3 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
    ¾ C crushed potato chips

    Recipe



    Preheat the oven to 425°F. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, celery, onion, pimientos, soup, and mayonnaise; mix well and pour into an 8-inch square baking dish.
    Sprinkle with the cheese and potato chips.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.
