    • 1 cup Honey Maid Graham Cracker Crumbs
    • 3 Tbsp sugar
    • 3 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
    • 5 pkg. (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 3 TBSP flour
    • 1 tbsp. vanilla
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 4 eggs


    Instructions


    1. Mix crumbs, 3 Tbsp. sugar and butter: press onto bottom of 9" springform pan.
    2. Bake at 325F for 10 minutes if using silver pan or 300F for 10 minutes if dark nonstick pan.
    3. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour, and vanillawith electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
    4. Add sour cream; mix well.
    5. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended.
    6. Pour over crust.
    7. Bake at 325F for 1 hour or until center is almost set or at 300 if using a dark pan.
    8. Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of pan.
