    Can be served on a whole wheat bun with the usual toppings or as an entree with rice or potatoes. Serve with gravy and a salad.

    List of Ingredients




    41/2 cups water
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    3 tbsp olive oil
    41/2 cups large flake oats
    1 cup ground pecan
    2 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp basil
    11/2 tsp sage

    Recipe



    Boil water, soy sauce, and olive oil.
    Mix in the oats and cook on low heat for ten minutes.
    Add the pecan with the seasonings and mix well.
    Form the burger. ( wet fingers to make it easier )
    Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 F.
    Should make about 15 burgers.
