    The Best Chocolate Cake Ever!

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups sugar
    1 3/4 cup flour
    3/4 cup Cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    2 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 cup boiling water

    Recipe



    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Combing dry ingredients in a large bowl then add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla and beat for 2 minutes on medium speed. Stir in boiling water.
    3. Pour into two 9" round greased and floured pans
    4. Bake 30-35 minutes
    5. Let cool for 10 minutes

    Makes 10-12 servings
