Leftovers can be cut up and used for breakfast.
List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. thin sliced bacon.
- 5lbs, washed round white potatoes.
- tin foil
Instructions
- Poke clean potatoes several times with a fork.
- Wrap one layer of bacon around each potatoe.
- Wrap in tin foil - the shiny side facing the potatoe.
- Lay in the coals and turn frequently with long tongs.
- Check for doneness using a fork.
Final Comments
For a little extra flavor rub the potatoes with a little garlic before wrapping in bacon.
