    Leftovers can be cut up and used for breakfast.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. thin sliced bacon.
    • 5lbs, washed round white potatoes.
    • tin foil


    Instructions


    1. Poke clean potatoes several times with a fork.
    2. Wrap one layer of bacon around each potatoe.
    3. Wrap in tin foil - the shiny side facing the potatoe.
    4. Lay in the coals and turn frequently with long tongs.
    5. Check for doneness using a fork.


    Final Comments


    For a little extra flavor rub the potatoes with a little garlic before wrapping in bacon.
