    Foil Pork Chops

    List of Ingredients


    • Pork Chops
    • cream of mushroom soup
    • uncooked minute rice
    • water
    • Aluminum foil


    Instructions


    1. Place each porkchop on a separate large piece of foil.
      Season to taste.
    2. Place one porkchop on each piece of foil - place 2 or Place 3 tablespoons of rice on top of each chop and then add the same amount of soup on top of that.
    3. Drizzle with water. Fold foil and seal edges by turning them over. Place on grill above coals.
    4. Cook 30 minutes -a little longer if the porkchops are thick. Usually the packs will let you know when they are done when steam tries to escape.


    Final Comments


    These chops can also be cooked on a BBQ grill or in a 350 degree oven.
