List of Ingredients



• 4 to 5 large potatoes
  
• 1 large onion
  
• 1 large green pepper
  
• Kielbasa Sauaage
  
• Butter or Margarine
  
• 1 tsp. garlic powder (or more)
  
• 1 tsp. onion powder
  
• Black pepper totaste
  






Instructions



1. Peel and slice potatoes,onions,pepper and the Kielbasa
   sausage.
   
2. Place in heavy duty foil bag or create or own pouch using heavy duty foil.
   
3. Add spices.
   
4. Seal bag. Cook on a grill over hot coals.
   
5. Turn every 5 minutes for 20 minutes. Check for doneness.
