    Crab stuffed mushrooms

    This would be good with Lobster as well!
    (you can use canned crabmeat (2 cans) but it is better with fresh


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 container of fresh crabmeat
    • 1/2 to 1 cup Ritz crackers crushed
    • Juice from 1/2 fresh lemon
    • 1 tsp Old Bay Spice
    • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
    • 1-2 tablespoons of mayonaise
    • 1 package of large mushrooms for stuffing
    • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
    • 1/4 cup melted butter
    • Dash of Worcestershire sauce
    • salt & pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Brush a 7X10 inch baking dish with melted butter.
    2. Pull stems from mushrooms and brush insides of caps wiht melted butter.
    3. Place crabmeat in a bowl (remove any cartilage).
    4. Squeeze lemon juice over crabmeat, add Old Bay Spice, salt, pepper, garlic salt, mayonaise and cracker crumbs. Mix until combined.
    5. Stuff mushrooms until rounded.
    6. Place in pan and top with cheese.
    7. Cook at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
