    This is a very rich pie, but very good!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can Evaportated Milk
    • 2 egg yolks
    • 1 12oz bag Chocolate chips
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 1 Graham cracker crust


    Instructions


    1. Heat the milk and egg yolks over medium heat.
    2. Once it comes to a boil, remove immediately from heat.
    3. Add chocolate chips and vanilla.
    4. Mix until the chips are melted and pour into graham cracker crust.
    5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours


    Final Comments


    The consistency should be like chocolate fudge....serve with Cool Whip.
