Earthquake Cake

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 (18oz) pkd Devil's food cake mix
- 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 3 1/2 cups Confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- In greased 9X13 in pan, sprinkle coconut, pecans and white chocolate chips evenly in bottom of pan.
- Mix cake according to package directions.
- Pour over ingredients in pan.
- In a medium bowl, thouroughly blend cream cheese, butter, confectioners sugar and vanilla
- Drop by spoonfuls on top of cake, covering entire surface: DO NOT STIR
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
