    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 lb cooked and drained lasagna noodles
    • 1/4 lb sliced mozzarella cheese
    • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    • 3 cubs diced cooked chicken or turkey
    • 1/2 cup margerine
    • 1/2 cup flour
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp basil
    • 3 cups chicken broth
    • 2 cups cottage cheese
    • 1 egg.....beaten
    • Optional: 1 pkg (10oz) frozen chopped spinach or string beans


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter in large saucepan.
    2. Blend in flour, salt & basil
    3. Stir in chicken broth and cook until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
    4. add chicken or turkey

    5. mix cottage cheese with beaten egg
    6. place 1/3 of the chicken mixture in greased 9X13 baking pan
    7. top with half the noodles, half the cottage cheese, half the veggie and mozzarella cheese
    8. repeat layers
    9. top with parmesan cheese

    10. bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes
