Southwestern Bean Dip/Salsa

Recipe Introduction
This is so easy and uses mostly what you have in the pantry and fridge already! Great for impromptu guests or appetizer!
List of Ingredients
1 can corn, drained *
1 can black beans, drained
4 Roma tomatoes, diced
3 green onions, sliced
one handful cilantro, destemmed and chopped
one avocado, cubed/diced
juice of two limes
sprinkle of cumin (optional)
Recipe
Mix together. Chill (if you have time). Serve over tortilla chips.
See? I told ya it was easy! :)
*you can use leftover roasted corn on the cob- just cut off the kernels. Tastes amazing!
