Donovan's Meatloaf Recipe

List of Ingredients
2 bay leaves
1t salt
1t black pepper
1t red pepper
1/2t white pepper
1/2t cumin
1/2 t nutmeg
4 T butter
3/4 c chopped onion
1/2 c celery
1/2 c green pepper
1/4 c green onion tops
2t minced garlic
1 T hot sauce
1/2 c evaporated milk
1T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c ketchup
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 lb sausage
s lightly beaten eggs
1c or more find dry bread crumbs
Recipe
In small bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Melt butter in saucepan. Add
remaining ingredients except for milk and ketchup. Saute 5-7 minutes. Add milk
and ketchup and saute two minutes. Remove from heat.
Place meat in pan. Add eggs, above mixture, and bread crumbs. Mix with hands.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes . Raise temperature to 400 degrees and bake 35
minutes more.
