Crab Stuffed Mushrooms (core)

16 oz domestic white mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
8 oz crab meat
1 cup FF mayo
1/3 chopped onion
1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
3/4 cup FF parmesan or mozzarella cheese Recipe
Preheat oven to 375.
In a bowl, stir together the crab meat, mayo, onion, artichoke and cheese. Set aside.
Lay all the mushroom, spore side down, on a baking sheet. Spray with ff olive oil Pam. Turn over and fill each mushroom with the crab mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes.
