1 package frozen spinach
1 package Veggie shreds parmesan, mozzarella, and romano flavor
1 teaspoon garlic powder
portabella mushroom caps for stuffing Recipe
Pull stems off of mushrooms and clean.
Cook spinach. Add in cheese and garlic. Stir until cheese is melted .Spray 9 x13 baking dish with pam. Fill mushrooms with spinach mixture. Place mushrooms in baking dish. Bake at 350 until bubbling and mushrooms are tender.
