    4 cups skim milk
    1 (4oz)package of jello-sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
    1/2 tsp rum extract
    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

    Recipe



    In a large pitcher combine skim milk,dry pudding mix,rum extract,and nutmeg.
    Mix well using a long spoon.
    Refrigerate 5 minutes.Gently stir again.

    The recipe says if you like it thinner,add 1 cup of cold water when adding the milk.
