    Creamsicle Smoothie

    Servings 1
    Points 6

1 c. fat free sugar free vanilla yogurt
1 can mandarin oranges in juice
    1 c. skim or 1% milk
    1/4 c. Splenda
1 c. Pineapple Orange flavored Crystal Light

    1. Open the can of oranges and put them, juice and all into a bowl. Freeze them overnight.
    2. The next day, put the frozen oranges into a blender. Add the yogurt and milk and blend until smooth.
    3. With the blender whirring, slowly add the Splenda and Crystal light. This should just about fill the blender. 4. Serve over ice.

This makes about 32 oz. of smoothie for 6 points. I drink the whole thing for breakfast in the summer, but certainly if you only wanted one glass as a snack, it would still make a good sized glass for only about 3 points. The whole thing counts as two milk servings. This tastes like Creamsicle pop or an Orange Julius from the mall.
