    Mocha Mudslide

    1 cup fat-free milk
    2/3 cup sliced ripe banana
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
    1/4 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
    Banana slices (optional)

    Place first 4 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Place the blender container in freezer; freeze 1 hour or until slightly frozen. Loosen frozen mixture from sides of blender container; add yogurt. Process until smooth, and garnish with sliced banana, if desired. Serve immediately.
    Note: For a chocolate-flavored shake, use reduced-fat chocolate milk instead of the plain fat-free milk, and reduce the sugar to 1 tablespoon.

    Yield: 2 servings (serving size: 1 cup)

    Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

    Ingredients:

    4 cups nonfat milk
    4 Tbsp. smooth peanut butter
    4 frozen bananas
    Sugar or honey, to taste (optional)
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. vanilla

    Instructions:
    In blender, place milk and peanut butter. Blend 30 seconds. Add bananas, sugar or honey, cinnamon and vanilla. Blend until mixture is completely combined. Serve immediately.

    Nutritional Information:
    Makes 4 smoothies. Per serving: 290 calories, 9 g. total fat (2 g. saturated fat), 44 g. carbohydrates, 13 g. protein, 5 g. dietary fiber, 201 mg. sodium.

    Frappuccino Smoothie

    1/2 cup 1% milk
    1/2 cup Guilt Free chocolate ice cream
    1 cup ice
    1 TBSP Nescafe Mocha Iced Java syrup

    Put all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Delicious!!
