    1 cup low fat (1%) milk
    2 TBL fat free sugar-free chocolate pudding
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp unsweetened cocoa
    1 Tbl splenda
    2 TBL cool-whip free
    7 ice cubes, crushed

    Place all in a blender that chops ice well. Blend until all is well mixed and all of the ice is chopped up. Mixture should be nice and thick.


    Fuzzy Navel Smoothie

    1/2 c orange juice
    1 c frozen peaches
    1/2 large banana (I freeze my bananas so I used those)

    Put it all in the smoothie maker or the blender and it really taste like a fuzzy navel! It is wonderful!!!

    Watermelon Smoothie

    1 1/2 cups chopped seedless watermelon
    1 cup Crystal Lite lemonade
    1/2 cups ice
    1 Strawberry and 1 Tbsp. Lite Cool Whip (for garnish)

    Blend watermelon, lemonade and ice. Garnish with
    strawberry and Cool Whip.

    1 g Dietary Fiber; 70 Calories; 0 g Fat; 10 g Carb


    Pina Colada Slush

    2 cups cubed fresh pineapple
    1 1/2 cups pineapple juice, chilled
    1/4 cup cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez)
    1 cup ice cubes
    1 cup vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt

    Place pineapple into freezer; freeze until firm (about 1 hour). Remove from freezer; let stand 10 minutes. Combine juice and cream in a blender. With blender on, add pineapple and ice cubes, 1 at a time; process until smooth. Add yogurt; process until smooth. Serve immediately.

    Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup)
