    Mixed Fruit Smoothies
    3 points each, makes 6 smoothies

    2 bananas, chilled
    2/3 cup strawberries or mango slices
    1 12 oz can grape juice
    1 8 oz carton fat free yogurt
    1 tbsp. honey (optional)
    2 tbsp. ground pistachio nuts (optional)

    In a blender combine bananas, strawberries or mango slices, grape juice or fruit nectar, yogurt, and, if desired, honey. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into six tall, chilled glasses. If desired, sprinkle with ground pistachio nuts. Makes 6 smoothies

    Razzamatazz Smoothie

    1 Cup cold fat free milk or soy milk
    1/4 cup fat free half & half
    2 T. Splenda grandular
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1 1/2 cups frozen unsweetened red raspberries or mixed berries

    In blender container, combine milk, half & half, Splenda, and almond extract. Cover and process on blend for 15 seconds. Ad berries. Re-cover and process on blend for 20-25 seconds or until mixture is smooth. Evenly pour into 2 glasses. Serve at once. 108 Cal. 0 gm. fat 6 gm. fiber per serving for 1 pt. per serving.

    Pumpkin smoothie
    4 pts

    1/2 c FF frozen yogurt, vanilla
    1/2 c skim milk
    1/2 c canned pumpkin
    optional: dash nutmeg, dash cinnamon, 1/4 tsp vanilla
