Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie
1 cup skim milk
2 Tbs sf/ff cheesecake instant pudding mix
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
Splenda to taste
Blend well. 3.5 points
Cherry Vanilla Smoothie
Serves: 4
Points per serving: 3
1 cup nonfat milk
2 cups unsweetened frozen cherries
2 cups frozen raspberries
2 cups frozen lowfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups ice
Combine all in blender. Mix until smooth.
Mega-A Citrus Rush (serves 2)
1 1/2 cups diced pineapple
1 1/2 cups diced cantaloupe
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup carrot juice
pinch nutmeg
3 ice cubes
Combine in blender, whip until smooth.
Per serving: 152 calories, 3g protein, 1g fat, 37g carbs, 3g fiber
Sunny Vitamin C Sipper (serves 1)
1 medium banana, peeled and cut into pieces
1 ripe peach, peeled, halved, pitted and diced
1 cup raspberries
1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
3 ice cubes
Combine in blender and whip until smooth.
Per serving: 185 calories, 3g protein, 1g fat, 45g carbs, 7g fib
