    2 cup all-purpose flour
    3/4 cup McNeil Nutritionals SPLENDA (R) No Calorie Sweetener
    3/4 tsp table salt
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 cups cranberries
    1 item egg
    2 Tbsp canola oil
    3/4 cup orange juice

    Recipe



    Grease loaf pan with pam. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

    combine flour, splenda, salt, powder, soda together. Stir in cranberries and walnuts and coat them with the flour mixture. Mix in a seperate bowl, egg, oil, and juice together. Stir wet mixture INTO the dry mixture. Pour in pan and bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool and serve.
