    Easy Rolls
    1 Cup Self Rising Flour
    1/2 Cup Skim Milk
    1 1/4 Tbsp. Plain non-fat yogurt

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray 8 muffing tins with butter flavored cooking spray. Stir ingredients together and place in coated tins. Spray tops of rolls with butter flavored cooking spray. Add water to tins not being used. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until golden brown.

    Serves: 8
    Per Serving: 62 Calories; trace Fat (2.7% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 13g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; trace Cholesterol; 208mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1 Grain (Starch); 0 Non-Fat Milk; 0 Fat. WWP: 1

    Easy Biscuits
    1 Cup Self Rising Flour
    1/2 Cup Skim Milk
    2 Tbsp. Fat Free Mayo

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 8 muffing tins with butter flavored cooking spray. Stir ingredients together and place in coated tins. Spray tops of biscuits with butter flavored cooking spray. Add water to tins not being used. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.

    Start with:
    1 Cup White Flour minus 2 teaspoons
    Add 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder + 1/2 teaspoon Salt
