    I bake it in 4 pans. ¼ of a whole loaf is only 2 points. (129 calories, 2 fiber)
    If you bake it differently, figure the points accordingly:
    Totals in entire batch: Calories 2065, Fat 3, Fiber 34.6.

    List of Ingredients




    6 egg whites
    1 C applesauce
    1-1/2 C splenda
    2 t vanilla
    ½ t salt
    1 t baking powder
    2 t soda
    1 ½ t cinnamon
    1 t nutmeg
    3 C flour
    2 C zucchini-shredded
    1 C crushed pineapple (not drained)
    1 C raisins
    ½ C Fiber One

    Recipe



    Cream applesauce and splenda, add eggs and beat well. Mix dry ingredients. Mix remainder of ingredients thoroughly. Bake in 3-4 (1 pound loaf pans). Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done. Freezes well. (Can be made without Fiber One, I add it for the extra fiber to lower the points)
