    List of Ingredients




    1 1/4 cup uncooked oatmeal
    1 large egg(s)
    2 tsp healthy oil
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/8 tsp table salt
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup fat-free skim milk
    1/2 cup water
    3 tsp McNeil Nutritionals SPLENDA (R) No Calorie Sweetener
    1 cup blueberries

    Recipe



    Process oatmeal in food processor until it is ground into a fine flour; whisk in salt, splenda and baking powder.
    Combine egg, oil, vanilla, milk and water in a large bowl.
    Add dry ingredients to wet, mixing well. Fold in blueberries.
    Heat skillet or griddle to medium-high heat. Spray with nonstick spray. Ladle batter onto skillet and cook until bubbles appear on the surface; flip and cook until golden brown. Repeat until all batter is used. Serve with warm syrup (remember to add points!)
