OMELETS IN A BAG - Core

Each guest Cracks 2 eggs (large or extra-large) into their own Zip Lock Bag (small size) and shakes to combine them. Do not add more than 2 eggs to each bag.
Put out a variety of ingredients such as: FF Grated Cheeses, ham, onion, green pepper, tomatoe, salsa, FF hash browns, etc.
Add prepared ingredients of choice to the bag and shake. Make sure to get all of the air out of the bag and zip it up.
Place the bags into rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. YOu can usually put 6-8 omelet bags in a large pot.
After 13 minutes, open the bags and the omelet will roll out easily. Be prepared for everyone to be amazed.
Nice to serve with fresh fruit and everyone gets involved in the process - a great conversation piece.
Haven't tried this myself, but am told that it works great - and it is completely Core.
