    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup oatmeal
    1/4 cup cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    4 packets splenda
    1/2 cup ff plain yogurt
    1 egg white

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together and cook like a regular pancake. But you will need to turn before they bubble like regular pancakes do, or else you'll burn them. Makes two really good sized pancakes.
