Use the sugar-free fat-free pudding and fat-free cool whip. 8 servings at only 2 points each
List of Ingredients
4 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal
1 package reduced calorie pudding mix dry) -- 4-1/2 cup serv.
2 cups skim milk
4 tablespoons cool whip Lite® Recipe
In small bowl, combine peanut butter and honey; microwave on high 20 seconds. Stir in cereal. Press into 9" pie plate and chill.
Prepare pudding with skim milk according to package directions. Spread over pie crust and chill. Top with whipped topping.
Don't use 2 cups milk or it will be runny. Follow the pudding pie directions on the instant pudding box
