    2c cooked spaghetti squash
    1c FF evaporated skim milk
    1c egg substitute(4 eggs)
    1/2 tsp coconut ext
    1/4 tsp vanilla
    1/2 c splenda
    1/4 c flour (0 pts. for whole recipe)
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1 heaping Tbs. of sugar free vanilla instant pudding

    Recipe



    Whisk together eggs and milk. Mix wet ingredients together with squash. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and pudding in separate bowl. Combine with wet ingredients. Pour into pam sprayed pie plate. Bake about 40 minutes at 350 degrees. (Took only 30 min. in my oven, until set in middle). Cool on wire rack to room temp. Chill in fridge at least 2 hrs.
