Crustless Pumpkin Pie - Core

List of Ingredients
1 can solid pack pumpkin (not pie filling)
1 can FF evaporated milk
3 eggs or 3/4 cup Egg Beaters
1 cup Splenda sweetener
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. salt Recipe
Whisk all together and pour into pie plate sprayed with Pam. Bake at 425 for 15 min., then reduce oven to 325 and bake for 45 min. It's wonderful!
