25 sheets lowfat graham crackers
2 boxes s.f. cheesecake pudding mix
3 cups skim milk
8 oz fat free cool whip
1 pkg s.f. strawberry jello(dry)
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup thinly sliced strawberriesRecipe
First, mix your jello with boiling water until dissolved and then add cold water. Let cool. Mix 3 cups milk with pudding. Fold in cool whip.
In a 13x9x2 pan, layer 8 graham crackers. Place 1/2 the pudding mixture on top, top with 8 graham crackers and remaining pudding. Layer another layer of graham crackers.
When the jello is cooled but not firm, gently fold the strawberries in. Let jello sit until slightly firm. Then pour over the top.
