    1 small container of ff ricotta, ff/sf choc pudding mix and 1 tsp of coconut extract. Mix together and add 3/4 cup of uncooked oatmeal. Let oatmeal soften in the mixture and enjoy. It tastes like macaroon cookie dough! It tastes even better when you chill it for an hour. Has anyone else made some crazy concoction??
