    2-3 frozen bananas (without peel)

    Place frozen bananas in food processor and blend until smooth*

    Serving suggestions: Top with carob fudge sauce or strawberry sauce. You can also add carob powder, coconut or any other flavoring to the food processor.

    Andrew Weil recommends added some cocoa powder and a wee bit of maple syrup for "chocolate ice cream."
