    3 cup frozen unsweetened mixed berries or fresh
    1 3oz jello mix (mixed berry is what I use)
    4 serving icbinb (4 tbsp)
    16 Tbsp Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping (2 for every serving)
    8 serving reduced-fat vanilla wafer(s)
    3 tbsp corn starch to thicken

    To make crust...crush cookies add melted ICBIINB. Spread into long cake pan. Bake 375 for 12 minutes. While it is baking...
    **In sauce pan make small flavored jello 2 cups water cook on med heat..add corn starch 3 tbsp. Simmer for about 5 minutes remove from heat add berries and chill. When both berries and crust have chilled...top crust with berries (I used fresh blue berries and fresh black berries. Top it off with 2 tbsp free cool whip to each of the eight slices. Yummy!!
    (measurements) 8 servings of cookies, the box is 9, however my daughter ate a serving out of it.
