fill a baking dish with fruit, either fresh or frozen.
Mix 3/4 cup rolled oats, 3/4 cup splenda, and a tablespoon or two of greek yogurt to make a dough. Roll the dough out between a couple sheets of pam'ed wax paper, cover the baking dish, trim, bake at 350 or so for 40 minutes (a bit more if starting with frozen) until the crust is brown. Remove, cover tightly with foil, and let cool. The steam as it's cooling will help soften the crust.
