    1 cup reduced fat ricotta cheese
    1/4 cup powdered sugar
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    24 small reduced-fat graham crackers

    Recipe



    1. Blend together ricotta cheese, sugar, and cinnamon.
    2. Take 1 sheet (rectangular) of graham cracker and divide it in two (to make a square.)
    3. Spread canolli mixture over one side of cracker and put other side on top.
    3. Freeze.
