1 cup fat-free sour cream
1/4 cup nonfat milk -- cold
1 teaspoon coconut extract
1 ounce Sugar Free & Fat Free Jell-O Instant Banana Pudding & Pie Filling
1 can crushed pineapple in juice -- (8-oz) drained
1 banana -- sliced

Recipe



In medium bowl, mix sour cream, milk and extracts together. Add pudding mix and pineapple and stir briskly for 2 minutes. Stir in banana. Chill for at least 15 minutes.
