    Recipe Introduction

    1 Cup= 1pt
Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 104 Calories; 1g Fat (5.0% calories from fat); trace Protein; 27g Carbohydrate; 5g Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 1mg Sodium. Exchanges: 0 Grain(Starch); 1 1/2 Fruit; 0 Fat.

NOTES : *I always use Granny Smith apples for this.

**If you want a richer flavor, use 3/4 cup Splenda and 1/4 cup Brown Sugar Twin.

***I use fresh ground cinnamon which is stronger than what you buy in the store. If you need to, add more cinnamon to taste.

    List of Ingredients

    10 large apples
    1 cup Splenda
    1/2 cup water
    1 tablespoon cinnamon

    Recipe

    Serving Size 8
    1. Peel and cut apples into chunks and place in a crockpot.
    2. In a small mixing bowl mix splenda, water and cinnamon.
    3. Pour over apples.
    4. Cook on Low setting for 4-5 hours stirring occasionally.
    5. Serve warm with Cool Whip (I used Fat Free Cool Whip for 0 pts).

    Delicious and very filling too!
