3 1/3 lb Chicken (breasts or thighs)
1 1/2 cup plain ff yogurt
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp fresh minced ginger
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground corianderRecipe
Coat the chicken, cover and refrigerate for one hour. Cook on a grill then sprinkle with cilantro when done.
