    1 bag of frozen stir fry vegetables, plain, no sauce

    1/3 cup powdered FF milk
    ~1/4 cup of SF coconut syrup (depending on how thick you want the sauce, Thai stir fry is normally a little soupy)
    1 tsp or more to preference Thai curry paste, green or red

    Soy Sauce to taste

    Stir fry veggies, adding a little soy sauce to help them steam, then mash paste into dried milk, then add coconut syrup to thin into sauce. Gives you the coconut milk flavor without the points!
