    3/4 lb. bay scallops
    1/2 lb. lump crabmeat
    1/2 red bell pepper
    1/3 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup ff mayo
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 lemon

    Spray nonstick skillet with Pam. Saute onions, red pepper and celery until soft. Combine onion mixture, crabmeat, mayo, pepper and Old Bay in bowl until combined. Pat scallops with paper towel to remove excess moisture and place in bottom of casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Top with crabmeat mixture evenly and drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 425 for 10 min., then broil for another 8 minutes until top is golden brown. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
