Seared fish w/Soy-lime& Avocado - Core

List of Ingredients
about 1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tsp olive oil
juice of 2 limes
generous pinch of splenda
about 1 tsp grated or minced garlic
about 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
half a jalapeno, sliced
couple TB of chopped fresh cilantro
fish of your choice (I used tuna and giant scallops)
salt and pepper
2 tsp olive oil for the pan

Whisk the sauce ingredients together.
Season fish with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in skillet (NOT nonstick) over med-high heat.
Cook fish in oil a few minutes on each side to desired doneness (careful not to overcook). It should end up nice and crusty on each side.
Meanwhile, peel, stone, and chop avocado.
When fish is done, place on plate and top with avocado and sauce.
