List of Ingredients
1 c. rolled oats
1/3 c. Splenda* (up to 1/2 c. if you like a sweeter topping)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. ff plain yogurt
4 c. unsweetened Fuji or Jonathan apples, peeled & sliced (or use peaches, cherries, or berries)Recipe
1. In a small bowl, mix together oats, Splenda, cinnamon, and salt. Blend in yogurt; set aside.
2. If desired, toss fruit in 1 Tbsp. Splenda. This isn't necessary for sweeter baking apples but may be important if the fruit is tart.
3. Pour fruit into 8x8-inch baking dish. Distribute topping evenly over fruit. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees F.
