Homemade Summer Sausage - Core

2 lbs core ground beef
3/4 Cup water
1 T liquid smoke
2 T curing salt (i used morton tender quick)
1 T mustard seeds
1/2 tsp garlic powderRecipe
mix it all up, divide into 2 logs, wrap in TIN FOIL and put it in the fridge for 24hrs.
when you bake it, leave the foil on and poke holes in the bottom of the logs with a fork to let out any juice, bake on a rack in a pan at 350 for 1hr. when it's done baking, leave the foil on it while it cools. put a rack under it so the juice can continue to drain.
