Fat Free "Bisquick" Baking Mix

Yield: 4 1/4 cups
List of Ingredients
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup Splenda
1 cup nonfat dry milk
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp sald
1/2 c corn starch Recipe
Mix all ingredients together. Cover tightly to store. (I keep mine in freezer) Stir before using.
Substitute in recipes calling for all purpose baking mix, such as Bisquick etc.
