    6oz of cooked and drained ww elbow pasta(half of the box)
    1 cup ff ricotta
    1 cup ff evaporated milk
    half a bag of soy veggie shreds (cheddar)
    salt

    Recipe



    Mix milk, cheese, ricotta, salt in med bowl.
    Add to cooked and drained pasta in a casserole dish.
    Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
    If desired, add more seasoning when serving.
