½ pkg (or 6 oz) cooked whole-wheat pasta
½ cup ff ricotta
1 cup ff or soy shredded cheddar cheese
2 T ff margarine
½ to 1 cup ff milk (or ½ c ff evaporated milk)
Recipe
Cook pasta & drain. Add to casserole dish with remaining ingredients and mix. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
